<What is the Skills Assessment?> The Skills Assessment is a national certification system that evaluates the level of skills acquired or required for work. It aims to enhance the general societal evaluation of skills and improve the skills and status of working individuals, and is implemented based on the Act on the Promotion of Vocational Ability Development. The only national certification that evaluates this skill is the "Machine Maintenance Skills Assessment." It has the second highest number of examinees among all skill assessment categories, and it has the highest number of examinees among professions in the manufacturing sector.
